A few useful answers

My Treats haven't arrived after a purchase.

The app shows "Purchase received, your Treats will arrive shortly" while it confirms with our server. Keep the app open with a connection. It retries on its own. If it says to contact support, email us: your purchase is safe and we will sort it out.

Getting my Treats on a new device.

Your Treats follow an anonymous ID kept in the device keychain. Turn on keychain sync for the same account on both devices, open Pawmoku on the new device, then tap Sync wallet in the app's Settings. Items bought with Treats stay on the device they were bought on. [CONFIRM: decision 14, device storage of purchased items].

Waiting for approval.

Purchases that need a family member's approval arrive once approved.

Refunds.

Request a refund through the App Store. Its help pages explain how. Refunded Treats are removed from your balance, which can leave a negative balance. Spending resumes when the balance is zero or above.

Switching teams.

Open Settings to switch between Team Cat and Team Dog, once every 30 days.

My streak.

Streak freezes cover a missed day you held a freeze for. The daily changes at midnight on your own clock.

Challenge and invite links.

If a link opens this website instead of the game, install Pawmoku when it is available and open the link again. Invite codes can also be entered in Settings under Got an invite code?

A puzzle seems impossible.

Every puzzle has exactly one solution and can be solved by logic alone. Check for three adjacent animals of the same kind, then count the cats and dogs in each row and column. Hints and checks are there if you want them.

Deleting my data.

Read the data deletion section of our privacy policy for information about local data, your anonymous ID and server data requests.
